Heather Kirk is the Head of Operations for Climate Finance at responsAbility, where they manage operations focused on governance, process management, communications, and special projects. They have a robust background in project management and sustainability, having previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth and managed various roles at Vontobel Asset Management. As the founder of Social Fabric Switzerland, they provided integration opportunities for refugees and secured significant funding for the initiative. Heather's academic credentials include a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Leiden University, and they have co-authored a textbook alongside publishing over 20 peer-reviewed scientific articles.
