Paolo has experience in the asset management industry as Portfolio Manager, Fund Selector and Business Development & Sales Manager since 2002.

Before joining responsAbility in November 2022 he worked for different asset managers in Italy and Switzerland.

He developed the European funds' distribution activity at Lemanik Invest for 6 years.
