Amy Rich

Amy Rich is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Response Mine Interactive, where since February 2018, responsibilities include building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborating with the CEO, Executive Team, and front-line managers to develop marketing and sourcing strategies that attract top talent in digital marketing. Previously, Amy served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Birch Communications from February 2013 to February 2018, and as a Senior Recruiter at First Data from May 2006 to February 2013, managing the full life cycle recruitment process for various roles. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from Elon University and graduated from Upper St. Clair High School.
