Rick Skaggs

Rick Skaggs is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience spanning finance, sales, and marketing. They served as COO at Weyforth-Haas Marketing from 1987 to 2008 and later became CEO of The Frank Agency, Inc. from 2007 to 2015. Skaggs began their career as a CPA at Deloitte and subsequently worked as a broker at Smith Barney. Currently, they are a Member/Owner at Response Mine Interactive and a Shareholder at KSV. Skaggs holds a BSBA in Business/Accounting from the University of Central Missouri.
