The Responsible Innovation Lab is a nonprofit 501c3 volunteer run and operated organization.

The RIL Deal is where college students, businesses, and communities come together to build solutions that matter.

We believe innovation isn’t just about what’s next—it’s about what’s needed.

Through hands-on projects, ethical frameworks, and real-world partnerships, we help students gain the skills, experience, and network they need to lead with purpose. Our partners collaborate with diverse thinkers who bring fresh ideas, applied research, and an accountable approach to innovation.

In our first year, we’re:
✅ Launching the PIIC Internship & Certification Program beyond ASU
✅ Advocating for Hunger-Free Campus legislation
✅ Developing a flagship AI chatbot project to serve communities
✅ Expanding innovation pathways to high school students
✅ Building partnerships & securing grants to scale impact
