Jorge Ferrer

Jorge Ferrer, CAM, MBA has extensive experience in property management and housing services. Currently serving as Area Vice President at ResProp Management since July 2020, Jorge has held multiple roles including Regional Manager, Transaction Manager, and Multi-Site Property Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Business Manager at Asset Living, where daily operations and leasing for a 500-unit apartment community were managed, overseeing a team of nine employees. Additionally, Jorge worked as a Housing Specialist for the Miami Beach Housing Authority, successfully assisting over 300 homeless veterans in securing stable housing through the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing program. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from Piedmont University.
