Claire Ormiston has held a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2020, they were a Sales Representative at Boires, where their role included meeting with clients and prospects to discuss business needs, cold-calling leads, expanding customer base, and closing sales. In 2017, they were a Service Manager at Cactus Club Cafe, where they promoted a positive atmosphere to guarantee each customer received exceptional service, created team building activities to engage staff in up-selling to meet targets, and encouraged feedback from customers. Additionally, they were a Manager at King Taps. Currently, they are a Partner Success Manager at ResQ and a Sales Development Representative at Resolver, a Kroll Business.

Claire Ormiston is currently studying for a Certificate of Digital Marketing Management at the University of Toronto. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Communication and Media Studies at Capilano University between 2011 and 2014. Additionally, they have obtained a Level 2 Wines & Spirits certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in June 2018 and is in the process of obtaining a Level 3 Wines certification.
