Steve M. is an experienced design leader with a robust background in customer experience and strategic design. Currently serving as Practice Lead - Design at Rest since November 2023, Steve has previously held key positions including Principal Service Designer at Digital NSW Accelerator and Director of Experience Design at KPMG Australia. Extensive experience at BCG Digital Ventures and A.T. Kearney further showcases expertise in strategic design and leadership roles. Earlier career milestones include a focus on customer experience at AMP and The Customer Experience Company, with initial roles centered around project management for the Westpac Online Transformation Program. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide.
