The mission of Rest in Flow is to empower every human being to find their way to live and work well in the modern world.

At Rest in Flow, we believe that every human being has the potential for ease, satisfaction, and overall well-being independent of their life situation. With some practice and guidance, everyone can recognize the root causes of stress and dissatisfaction in their life, discover the mind’s natural ease and clarity, and learn to live a fulfilling life. 

Mainstream secular Mindfulness lacks the practices and teachings required to discover the root causes of mental discomfort and address them directly. 
 
Rest in Flow (RiF) is a community and a structured, comprehensive training program that is redesigning secular mindfulness teachings around deeper elements of Buddhist and modern psychology to address the root causes of suffering and help people find stability and composure in the midst of ever-changing life situations and inner worlds.
