Alan James has over the last three decades worked with many of the top fund and institutional managers in the private and public capital markets providing technology solutions to help achieve goals and objectives directed toward increasing shareholder value. Previously, Alan served in different executive leadership, management and sales positions at RealPage, Yardi Systems, Oracle Corporation, and J.D. Edwards focusing on solutions for the large real estate owners, managers and REITS.
At RealPage, Alan served as Senior Vice President and he was responsible for all product management, customer delivery, product engineering and marketing for the RealPage Financial Suite, Asset and Investment Management Platform, Commercial Property Management and the SmartSource Outsource Accounting Platform. He managed teams in the United States, India and the Philippines.
Prior to beginning his career in real estate technology, he was the Vice President of Finance for a large Real Estate developer that worked very closely with Institutional owners in Joint Venture developments of commercial and residential real estate. Alan holds a BS degree from Portland State University in Accounting and Finance Law.
