Eric has spent over two decades in commercial real estate, with a focus on revenue leadership across leasing, property technology, and fund administration. He began his career as a commercial real estate leasing agent in New York City with Cushman and Wakefield, followed by the past several years on the technology and fund administration side of the industry. Over the years, Eric has led the effort to initiate successful partnerships with hundreds of real estate investment managers.
Notably, from 2014 to 2019, Eric built and led the Western U.S. region at VTS, the real estate industry’s leading lease pipeline and tenant experience platform. During this time, the company grew revenue by approximately 75x, raised multiple rounds of venture capital, and scaled from 10 to over 500 employees. Following VTS, Eric held sales and leadership roles at a few select high growth real software and services firms – Workspace, HqO, and Juniper Square.
In 2024, Eric was honored to be selected to participate in the University of Chicago’s CRO executive education program, joining a vast network of revenue leaders from around the world.
