Jon Ramscar

Jon is the President & CEO of CBRE Limited in Canada. He is responsible for overseeing the operations of the company's Canadian offices and drive its growth strategy for all Advisory Services lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, debt & structured finance, and property management, throughout the country. Mr. Ramscar most recently served as Executive Vice President & National Managing Director in Downtown Toronto, leading CBRE’s Private Capital Group and Debt & Structured Finance businesses nationally.

Jon commenced his real estate career in the UK where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and gained agency experience in office leasing, corporate finance and client-side experience in funds management. Since his move to Canada in January 2011, Jon has been part of providing both advisory and transactional services for local, national and global clients. This includes all commercial asset classes, residential, joint venture structuring and raising equity capital. Jon has extensive experience in Canadian real estate having been part of over $4.9 billion of transaction volume in the Canadian market.

Jon is also part of CBRE Canada’s National Advisory Committee, contributing to national growth initiatives and the strategic direction of CBRE’s Canadian business.
