Heather Tuthill

Heather Tuthill is an accomplished Executive Chef at Restaura, where they lead culinary operations and mentor teams to embody the organization’s values of hospitality excellence and creativity. They have been consulting as a chef since 2019, working with various restaurants and services to innovate seasonal, plant-based menus. Previously, Heather served as a Lead Cook at Cornell University and held positions such as Pastry Chef at Harrington and Chef De Cuisine at Moosewood Restaurant. With a commitment to culinary excellence and sustainability, Heather is also actively involved as a Consulting Chef for HOLISTIC HOLIDAY AT SEA INC, managing food service for large cruise ship operations.
