Joe Cuticelli

Joseph Cuticelli is the Partner and COO of Phoenix 3 Collective, LLC and the Co-Founder and CEO of Restaura. Previously, they served as a Partner at Marleon Capital from 2020 to 2023, focusing on investment in lower middle-market companies in the insurance restoration and disaster response industry. Cuticelli also held various leadership roles at Sodexo from 1998 to 2015, culminating in their position as CEO of Seniors North America, where they managed a business of $720 million in annual revenue. They are currently steering Phoenix3 Holdings as a strategic growth partner for lifestyle and distributive service companies.
