Mike Costanza

Mike Costanza is a problem solver in the software and infrastructure worlds. He bridges the gap between applications and the technology that powers them. As the Senior Manager of DevOps for Restaurant Magic, Mike focuses his energy and leadership in providing guidance to delivery teams, rolling out new tools and development techniques, and automating processes where appropriate. Mike has been with the RM team for 8 years, and prior to joining the team, Mike founded and lead a successful technology and custom software company serving over a hundred clients in the state of Florida. Outside of software, Mike’s other two passions are Florida Gator Football and his family. Mike graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Sales Engineering from the College of Engineering at the University of Florida. He earned distinction as an Anderson Scholar, acceptance into the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, and induction into the Order of the Engineer while at the University of Florida.
