Matthew Bean

Matthew Bean has a extensive work experience in the software development field. Matthew started their career as a Junior Software Engineer at Ctuit Software in 2011, where they developed business intelligence software for restaurants. Matthew then worked as a Software Engineer, focusing on full stack .NET development and supporting Accounts Payable functionality. In 2016, they became a Technical Lead, responsible for managing the technical side of the EDI processing application.

Afterwards, Matthew joined Compeat Restaurant Management Software in 2017 as a Technical Lead, where they led the development of the Vendor Management Solutions application and took ownership of multiple internal applications. Matthew also worked on unifying product offerings after the merger with Ctuit Software and migrated applications to the AWS cloud.

Most recently, Matthew joined Restaurant365 in 2021 as a Principal Engineer. In this role, they are working with the Integrations department to develop data interfaces and provide technical oversight for related projects, primarily involving point of sale, food service vendor, and accounting systems.

Matthew Bean attended Old Dominion University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
