Chris Bird

Chris Bird is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and development. Currently serving as General Manager at ResTech since January 2024, Chris previously worked at Ampcontrol for over 13 years, holding roles such as Product Development Manager, Communications Product Manager, and Applications Engineer, focusing on innovative product development and communications technologies for core markets. Earlier career experience includes positions as Design Engineer at Bramco Electronics and Systems Engineer at Computer Systems Australia. Chris holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Newcastle, graduated with First Class Honours, and completed a Product Management Intensive at General Assembly in 2017.
