Jesca Ndana

Jesca Ndana is an experienced Program Manager with a strong focus on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), child protection, and gender advocacy. Currently leading the SRHR portfolio at Restless Development since February 2021, Jesca's expertise encompasses technical advice, staff management, monitoring and evaluation, strategy, partnership investment, and financial management. Prior to this role, Jesca served at Save the Children International as a Program Manager overseeing Child Protection and Child Rights Governance, and at World Vision as a Gender, Advocacy, and Campaign Coordinator focused on ending violence against children. Jesca has also held significant positions at Young Women's Christian Association and other organizations, demonstrating a commitment to youth leadership, economic empowerment, and social accountability. Jesca holds a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Dar es Salaam.
