Arjun James Pathmanathan

Arjun James Pathmanathan is currently the Head of Sales at Restoke.ai, where they are pioneering Real Restaurant Intelligence and facilitating the use of AI in the hospitality industry. With extensive experience across fintech, hospitality, and big data SaaS companies, Arjun has successfully led teams, improved customer satisfaction, and driven profitability. Previously, they served as the Manager of Account Management at Lightspeed Commerce, where they surpassed retention and expansion targets while enhancing the Net Promoter Score. Arjun also held roles at Kounta and Penrose Data, where they focused on customer success and data analysis, respectively. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology/Marine Biology from the University of Otago.
