Eric Dacus is a seasoned professional in medical device design and product development with extensive experience in orthopedic implants. They previously served as Vice President of Product Development at TJO Inc., where they coordinated product designs and fostered collaboration among various departments. As a founding employee of Total Joint Orthopedics, Eric occupied versatile roles from design engineer to mentor while building teams and developing a company culture. Currently, they work as a Product Development Consultant, focusing on innovative solutions for orthopedic joint replacement prostheses and related systems. They hold a Master’s degree in Bioengineering from the University of Utah and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
