Stuart Wagner

Stuart Wagner, AICP, is a seasoned professional in real estate development with extensive experience across various roles. Currently, as the Director of Development at RH since May 2022, Wagner evaluates new store and gallery locations and reviews legal documents for acquisitions. Prior experience includes serving as Land Entitlement Manager at Meritage Homes, Development Manager at Singh Management, and multiple leadership positions at RH, where responsibilities encompassed site assessment, feasibility analysis, and managing project entitlement processes. With a background in planning and project management in municipal settings, including roles at the City of Auburn and PulteGroup, Wagner combines strong technical skills with a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor’s in General Biology from UC San Diego.
