Restoration Services, Inc. converted its name to RSI EnTech, LLC (RSI) effective January 1, 2018. This was necessary to support an entity classification change in tax status because Restoration Services, Inc. is no longer an incorporated business. In October 2016, RSI was acquired by Arctic Slope Regional Corporation’s (ASRC) wholly-owned subsidiary ASRC Industrial Services (AIS), making RSI a Limited Liability Company.
