David Fields

Dave Fields is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Restorative Partners, where Dave oversees finance, accounting, human resources, and administration functions to support the agency's rapid growth and mission expansion. Dave is also the owner of Deerfields Enterprises, Inc., which owns and operates full-service salons in Arizona and California. With a diverse background in finance, operations, and project management, Dave has held various leadership roles in companies such as Visit SLO CAL, Lumina Alliance, and Greran Group. Dave holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Naval Academy.
