At Restore Renew Therapy, we take a holistic approach to mental health and healing that recognizes the importance of addressing not just the mind, but the body and spirit as well. By emphasizing a mind/body awareness, promoting self-care and fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship with our clients, we get to the root of the issue and support them in their journey towards holistic well-being.

Our distinctive approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Somatic Therapy, engaging the mind, body, & spirit holistically, allowing us to unearth and transform limiting beliefs and ingrained conditioning that hinder the attainment of your most significant aspirations. We do this by distinguishing core issues from peripheral concerns, recognizing unconscious factors contributing to the problem, pinpointing maladaptive strategies and belief systems, utilizing your talents, skills, & abilities as resources for resolving future issues, suggesting practical coping mechanisms and personalized alternative viewpoints, and employing experiential exercises and the body's innate wisdom to break old patterns and forge new neural connections for enduring transformation.
