Knowledge Management Analyst at Restream

Becca Mintz has worked in the customer service and digital media industries for the past 10 years. In 2021, they joined Restream as a Senior Support Specialist, where they assist customers one-on-one to identify and troubleshoot issues, educates them on product functionality, and keeps close communication with developers and engineers. Becca also manages the company's social media accounts via Sprout. Prior to Restream, Becca worked at Avanti from 2011-2021 as an Operations Manager and Designer, where they managed social media accounts and email marketing, and created and designed websites.

Becca Mintz is currently pursuing an online UX Design degree from Springboard, which they began in 2020. Becca also has a certification in UX Design from Springboard, which they obtained in February 2021. Prior to this, they attended Appalachian State University, studying Electronic Media & Broadcasting.
