Nik Lance

VP of Operations at Restream

Nik Lance has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nik started working as an Export Specialist and Import Classification Analyst at Tower Group International in 1992. From 1996 to 1999, they worked at Modus Media International as a Senior Logistics Coordinator and Freight & Traffic Coordinator/Export Compliance Specialist.

In 2000, Nik joined Providence Everett Medical Center as a Manager of Materials Management, where they supervised a team of 50 and managed a monthly inventory budget of $4.8 million. Nik then moved to Washington Mutual, Inc. and worked as an Operational Excellence Consultant, leading initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency within the Retail Bank Division. Nik also served as a Vendor Manager, managing relationships and negotiating contracts with business partners.

From 2006 to 2010, Nik worked at First Federal Savings & Loan as a Manager of Business Process Analytics, where they developed methodologies for strategic planning campaigns. Nik then joined Mount Townsend Creamery as a Strategic/Project Manager in 2011, and later became a Co-Owner, CFO, and HR Manager of the award-winning cheese-making business from 2012 to 2015.

After that, Nik joined Far Bank Enterprise as a Customer Service Manager, overseeing teams and ensuring customer service excellence for the global production and sales of fly fishing equipment. Their responsibilities also included functional ownership of order management systems.

Currently, Nik Lance is the Vice President of Operations at Restream, Inc., a global SaaS startup. In this role, they have been responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, managing a team of 80 employees, and playing a key role in funding rounds. Nik is also directly responsible for finance and HR functions within the company.

Nik Lance attended Stanford University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business.
