Ben Sperry

Ben Sperry is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Design Officer at Teamsake, Ben previously co-founded Ionic, where duties included leading visual product design, branding, and overseeing administrative processes until the company's acquisition by OutSystems in October 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Lead Interactive Designer at PerBlue, where Ben spearheaded user interface and experience design for mobile games, and as Interactive Designer at Planet Propaganda, contributing to diverse projects and clients. Initial career contributions as a Graphic Designer at Wisconsin Union involved creating electronic art for both print and web media. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in Graphic Design and Illustration, Ben has demonstrated a consistent commitment to innovative design and user experience throughout a career spanning over a decade.
