Andrea O'Neil serves as the 1st Global Head of Learning and Development at resulta since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in leadership and management development. Prior to this role, Andrea was the Manager of Learning and Performance Management at KPMG Canada from August 2021 to April 2023 and worked at NSCC Organizational Development from August 2009 to April 2023 as a Leadership and Management Development Consultant. During this time, Andrea developed leadership workshops and blended courses, leveraging consultation and research on best practices. Earlier experience includes roles as an Organizational Learning Consultant and Manager and Career Development Specialist at Arizona State University Career Services from June 2004 to May 2007. Andrea holds a Master’s Degree in Education-Counselling with a specialization in career counselling from Acadia University and a Bachelor of Arts Advanced Double Major in Psychology and Sociology from Dalhousie University.
