Daniel McGrath is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and network administration. Currently serving as Service Desk Manager at Resultant since August 2021, Daniel previously worked as a Technical Support Specialist at the same company. Prior to that, Daniel was a Network Support Analyst at Louis T Roth & Co PLLC from May 2016 to August 2021, where responsibilities included Active Directory management, server creation and management using vSphere, troubleshooting end-user issues, and developing internet security policies. Daniel's early experience includes a brief internship as a Helpdesk Analyst at Fenton & McGarvey Law Firm and various roles in the hospitality industry. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Security from the University of Louisville.
