Felipe Guarnieri has over 12 years of work experience in various roles. Felipe began their career in 2008 as a Billing Attendant for Grupo Siscom. In 2010, they became a Customer Relationship Advisor for TIM Brasil, where they won awards for being the best attendant. In 2012, they moved to Sonda Procwork to become a Service Desk Analyst.
