Melissa LaCroce has over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. Melissa began their professional career in 2006 as a Hair Stylist at Orchid Beauty Salon. In 2013, they became a Keyholder at bareMinerals. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Stylist at HAIR FASHION STUDIO. In 2020, LaCroce became the Owner/Creator of TheHoneyBee.com. Currently, LaCroce is a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at Results Repeat Digital Marketing, where they coordinate and implements digital marketing strategies for clients, works closely with the marketing team to ensure client goals are achieved, and works under the direction of Account Managers to increase traffic and conversions on client websites through various optimization methods.

Melissa LaCroce received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Temple University - Fox School of Business and Management in 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Cosmetologist apprenticeship program at the Orchid Beauty Salon from 2007 to 2009.
