Brian Gray

Brian Gray is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the customer service industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at ResultsCX since January 2020. Prior to this role, Gray held the position of Senior Vice President at STARTEK from November 2010 to December 2019, and contributed to Sitel as Senior Vice President for Latin America and VP for Central America between March 2006 and September 2010. Earlier career achievements at Sitel (formerly ClientLogic) include serving as VP Operations for Central America and Director from November 2000 to March 2006. Academically, Brian Gray holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy, Political Science, and Government from Rice University, an MBA from Rice Business, and a BA in Marketing from New Mexico State University.
