Carla McQueen has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and sales. Since August 2014, Carla has served as an HR/Corporate Recruiter at ResultsCX, where responsibilities include sourcing, qualifying, and conducting screening interviews with job candidates, managing and updating the recruitment ATS, and leading the recruitment team by training, mentoring, and developing new advisors. Prior to this role, from 1999 to 2008, Carla was a Sales Manager/Partner at Checknet, focusing on B2B sales, including ACH, credit cards, terminals, billing, and collections, while managing and closing a pipeline of customer opportunities developed with partners.
