Dave Labonte

Dave LaBonte currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at ResultsCX since April 2016 and has been retired while focusing on personal interests such as lowering a golf handicap since January 2015. Prior to this, LaBonte held significant leadership roles at APAC Customer Services, including President of North American Operations from November 2013 to December 2014 and Senior Vice President from April 1997 to September 2006. LaBonte's career began at GE, where significant experience was gained as a Regional Manager from April 1971 to March 1994. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business from Post University, completed between 1971 and 1975, alongside a high school diploma from Crosby High School, earned from 1964 to 1968.
