Jedadiah Combs

Jedadiah "JC" Combs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Director of Operational Excellence at ResultsCX since January 2017, JC has been instrumental in developing the Enterprise process library and a management system focused on global operational improvement. Prior to this role, JC held several positions at DIRECTV, culminating in the role of Change Leader for Customer Experience, where LEAN-based cultural transformations were implemented in call centers. Other roles at DIRECTV included Change Agent and Customer Care Operations Manager, focusing on customer retention and operational strategies. Earlier career experiences include leadership positions at Verizon Wireless, GC Services, and service as a Sergeant in the US Army. JC holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from Marshall University.
