Mike Dossier

Mike Dossier has over 25 years of work experience in talent acquisition and HR transformation. Mike is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at ResultsCX since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Concentrix from October 2018 to April 2021. Mike held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Conduent from June 2016 to September 2018, where they led a team of 350+ recruiters across 20 countries. Before that, they worked as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Sutherland Global Services, where they implemented strategic initiatives to improve hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill. Mike also held various leadership roles at Sutherland from 1996 to 2016. Mike has demonstrated expertise in driving recruiting performance and implementing innovative approaches to attract top talent.

Mike Dossier is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with a Concentration in Marketing.
