If you're a business owner looking to uncover and develop hidden talent within your organization, I invite you to schedule a no-obligation consultation. Let’s explore how the CFLE program can help you identify and nurture your "diamonds in the rough," preparing them to become your next generation of high-performing leaders.

In businesses of all sizes, creating a pipeline of top talent is crucial for succession planning and filling future leadership roles. Companies need a reliable source of individuals ready to step into key and senior leadership positions. However, when employees have never held senior roles, there are often gaps in leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and critical competencies.

While many leadership programs focus on refining the skills of employees already on the leadership track, there’s a significant gap in the development of untapped, highly technical talent. These individuals often require a more personalized, one-to-one approach to cultivate their leadership and emotional intelligence abilities.

That’s why I’ve created the Coaching for Leadership Excellence (CFLE) program. After 24 years of working with these high-potential employees, I’ve developed a proven system that’s tailored to each individual in the program. The CFLE program combines three key disciplines—human dynamics, change management, and my proprietary coaching method—to unlock human potential in a fraction of the time traditional programs take.
Coaching for Leadership Excellence (CFLE) Program Key Elements:
•	Personalized Coaching Plans
•	1:1 coaching, assignment of a mentor, tailored IP training
•	Change management principles applied throughout
•	Focus on leadership behaviours and emotional intelligence growth
•	Fast-tracked results through a unique six-step development process
•	Progress reporting: weekly, 30-day and quarterly
