David Nelson is a highly motivated critical thinker with a strong attention to detail and a goal-oriented work ethic. They have extensive experience in culinary management, having served as an Executive Sous Chef at Ozaukee Country Club from 2001 to 2012, and in various roles at Aramark from 2013 to 2015, including Food Service Director and Chef Manager. In 2024, they took on the role of Lead Hardware Specialist at Retail Data Systems while also pursuing a career in software engineering, web development, or UI/UX design. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as two Associate's degrees, one in IT Web and Software Development and another in Culinary Arts from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
