Scott Kiko

Scott Kiko has extensive work experience in various roles. Scott is currently a Senior Account Executive at Retail Data Systems, where they started in November 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Implementation & Development Specialist at the same company from January 2019 to November 2020.

Before joining Retail Data Systems, Scott worked at NCR Corporation from 2014 to 2020. Scott held positions such as Implementation Specialist and Sr. Specialist, where they implemented back office systems, performed file conversions and scripting, and developed custom coding and applications. Scott also worked on project architecture and process analysis.

Scott also has experience at North Country Business Products as a POS SOFTWARE SPECIALIST from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they were the Owner of Kiko Consulting from 2004 to 2012, where they served as the General Manager and developed custom applications for business customers.

Earlier in their career, Scott worked as a Business Consultant & Project Manager at TCI Solutions from 2002 to 2004. Scott also worked at Fleming Foods as a Project Manager from 1998 to 2002, managing retail technology projects and providing training and support. Additionally, they worked as a Network Admin at Buckeye Village Market from 1992 to 1998.

Scott started their career as a Flight Instructor at Kent State University from 1990 to 1992, where they trained students in aviation safety and maintained records.

Scott Kiko completed their education at NT SCHOOL in the year 2000, obtaining a MCSE degree in the field of Microsoft. Prior to this, they attended Kent State University from 1987 to 1992, but did not earn a specific degree or pursue a specific field of study during this time. In addition to their formal education, Scott also has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Some of these certifications include SMS LOC Level 2 Certification from LOC Software in January 2014, SMS LOC Level 1 Certification from LOC Software in June 2013, APS - HP ProLiant ML/DL/SL Servers 2010 from Hewlett-Packard in July 2012, and APS - HP Desktops, Workstations and Notebooks 2010 from Hewlett-Packard in May 2012. Scott also holds certifications such as NCR Certified Food & Grocery Sales from NCR Corporation in December 2010, NCR ACS-IR Advanced Workshop from NCR Corporation in May 2007, and MCSE from Microsoft in June 2001. Additionally, Scott has certifications in Inventory Management System, RF and POS Manager from TCI Solutions in June 2000. Outside of their formal education and certifications, Scott also obtained the FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR certification from the Federal Aviation Administration - FAA in March 1994 and the COMMERCIAL PILOT certification from the Federal Aviation Administration - FAA in June 1989. In November 2012, they also obtained the OHIO WEIGHTS & MEASURES REGISTERED SERVICEPERSON certification from OHIO WEIGHTS & MEASURES.
