Xiaochen Zhang

Xiaochen Z. is an accomplished professional in the fields of artificial intelligence and innovative finance, currently serving as the Chief Responsible AI Officer and Executive Director at AI 2030. Prior to this role, Xiaochen held the position of Global Head of Innovation and GTM at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and served as Chief Executive Officer at FinTech4Good. Additionally, Xiaochen contributed as an Executive in Residence at 1871 and is an active investor with Gaingels. Educationally, Xiaochen is engaged in Ph.D. studies in Innovative Finance for Development at Virginia Tech, following the completion of a Master’s degree in Global Studies at Leipzig University.
