In this competitive market not only do larger multi-branch businesses need sophisticated controls, the requirements of the smallest operation are as complex. Most software vendors lack retail knowledge and do not always understand client’s needs and tend to suggest a solution that they are more familiar with. This, coupled to the user’s lack of understanding of the resource potential, can lead to an incorrect choice of system or an under-utilised installation.
