Bill Mackey

Bill Mackey has extensive work experience in the IT and consulting industry. Bill worked as a Consultant at RPE Solutions starting in 2017 and as a Retail IT Consultant since 2009. Prior to that, they served as a Systems Development Manager at Luxottica Retail from 2006 to 2009, leading and managing strategic application development projects. From 2005 to 2006, they were self-employed as an IT Consultant, providing project management and application design services for mid-market retailers.

Before that, Bill worked as an Associate Director at BMG Columbia House from 2003 to 2005, where they led and managed strategic application development initiatives. Bill also worked as an IT Consultant from 2001 to 2003, delivering project upgrades and customizations to JDA Software's merchandise management systems. From 2000 to 2001, they served as a Project Manager at i2 Technologies, responsible for implementing business solutions.

In addition, Bill has experience as an Application Development Manager at Factory Card & Party Outlet, where they managed teams for Y2K code renovation and certification testing. Bill also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Managing Associate - Consulting, and at LakeWest Group as a Consulting Manager.

Bill Mackey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis, which they obtained from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 1976 and 1979. Bill later pursued further education and earned an MBA with a specialization in Management Information Systems from the same institution between 1979 and 1980.
