Retail Refinery is a consultancy for beauty and wellness brands ready to scale smarter.

We turn data into direction, insight into action, and great products into commercial wins.

Our approach is built around what truly drives retailer buy-in and shopper behaviour—because success at shelf starts with understanding people, not just systems.

We focus on three core levers:
• Be There – Get ranged, stay stocked, and be where your shopper expects you.
• Be Seen – Stand out with pack, claims, and shelf presence that demand attention.
• Be Worth It – Communicate value with pricing and promotion strategies that convert.

We do the work most brands can’t do in-house—making data accessible, strategies retail-ready, and insights actionable. From sell-in tools to full category strategies, we simplify the complex and deliver results.

Because in beauty and wellness, it’s not just about being a great brand.

It’s about being a great partner—to retailers, to shoppers, and to your own growth.
