Digital couponing is very successfully used in Ecommerce. Physical Retailers fall behind. Why?

Ecommerce is booming.  Physical (Bricks & Mortar) Retail market shares are declining for years now. It’s a growing challenge to entice consumers into the store. Even more so to deploy cost-efficient and easy to implement instore retail campaigns.

The Ecommerce Industry is very successful in using multiple ways to do this, but one of the essentials is Digital Couponing. For retailers the use of paper coupons or vouchers is still an effective use of incentives, but with only 1% of paper coupons redeemed isn’t as cost effective as using digital channels, and in addition digital incentives can be tracked throughout their lifecycle.

Digital couponing is barely used in physical Retail because there just isn’t an easy to use or cost effective platform available which easily and effectively distributes, validates and redeems personal or unique promotions and instantly measures the (sales) results…. Until now.
