Retail Strategy Group are an industry-leading retail and development advisory, specialising in the planning, design and delivery of complex mixed use developments. Based in Sydney, we work across Australia and internationally, partnering with architects, developers and government to shape the retail environments that make great places succeed.

Retail is our thing. We are dedicated to creating places with substance, meaning and value, developing the vision for new precincts and the frameworks that help cities and institutions deliver better outcomes.

We’re a focused and highly responsive team that works closely with project partners to navigate complexity and resolve the detail that defines successful places. We understand the design principles and operational nuances that make retail valuable, bringing clarity to the design, development and delivery process.

Beyond strategy, we bring projects to life through retail curation and leasing, working with leading operators to realise the vision on the ground. From concept through to completion we are long-term partners, turning big ideas into real-life outcomes.
