Katya Budden

Katya Budden has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Katya most recently worked at Retail247 as the Head of Business Systems starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Business Consultant at the same company since May 2017.

In 2008, Katya began their career at Jaeger as a Trainee Supervisor and worked their way up through various positions such as Assistant Store Manager, Concessions Manager, Deputy Store Manager, and Omnichannel Systems Trainer. Katya'smost significant roles at Jaeger included being a Junior Business Analyst, where they led a project to implement a clienteling app and the Service Cloud in the customer services department. Katya also tested new app updates and ensured their suitability and user-friendliness.

Before Jaeger, Katya worked as an Administrator at Cheshire Peaks & Plains H. Trust for a brief period in 2008 and at NYSE Euronext as an Administrator in 2007 and 2006.

Katya Budden obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. In 2020, they attended BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, to pursue an International Diploma in Business Analysis.
