Adam Gorzkowski

Adam Gorzkowski is a seasoned professional in construction and development, currently serving as the Design and Construction Director for RETAILORS since July 2025, where leadership of a construction team and oversight of strategic investment projects are key responsibilities. Previously, Adam held various leadership roles at AmRest from December 2008 to July 2025, including Regional Development Director for Poland and Construction Director for both Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, achieving significant milestones in new store openings and renovations across the region. Adam began the career at Tchibo Warszawa Sp. z o.o. focusing on building and renovating retail stores, and also gained experience as a Sales Engineer at Benning Power Electronics and Bruel & Kjaer Sound & Vibration Measurement A/S. Adam holds a Master of Science in Engineering, Electrics from Warsaw University of Technology.
