The Group
UCI is a joint venture between two major European Banks: Spanish Banco Santander & French BNP Paribas.  UCI launched its activity in 1989 in Spain in the field of mortgage lending.

Today, after 32 years of continuous operation, UCI has presence in 4 countries (Spain, Portugal, Greece, Brazil), and focuses on all activities related to the financing, operation and sale of real estate.
