Alex Bîtcă

Alex Bîtcă has held a variety of roles in the media and customer success industries. In 2012, they began their career as a Reporter for ECOnomist and an Angajat for Art House Cafă. Alex then moved into the social media industry, working as a Social Media Manager for jurnal.md and JurnalTV in 2013, and a Social Media Marketing Manager for Radio ZUM in 2015. In 2015, they also began working as an Internet Marketer for Zumga.TV and Linkquidator, a professional service for finding and removing bad unnatural links. In 2016, they became a Media Manager for Cruen Productions, and in the same year, they began working as a Product Manager and Customer Success Manager for Retently, a Customer Success Platform for subscription businesses.

Alex Bîtcă attended Liceul Teoretic "Spiru Haret" from 1997 to 2009 and then pursued a degree in Journalism at Universitatea de Stat din Moldova from 2009 to 2014.
