Rethink Systems is home to our flagship 9-week cohort-based program, MPM 2.0, taught by Shravan Tickoo, one of India’s most respected Product Management voices with 194k+ LinkedIn followers and 45k+ YouTube subscribers. Shravan is known for his honest, practical teaching style and has been rated among the Top 100 PMs in India on multiple occasions. He has delivered sessions at IIM A, B, C, IIT Bombay, ISB, Masters’ Union, LPU, and more, shaping the next generation of product thinkers across the country.

Our mission is simple and ambitious: to transform how people think. The program helps professionals evolve into stronger, sharper, more empathetic product thinkers while becoming part of a global community of lifelong learners. With 350+ alumni worldwide, learners also gain exclusive early access to all our sessions, events, and opportunities built around a culture of collaboration and real growth.

Rethink Systems operates at the intersection of technology and education. We build learning products that power the future of upskilling. Our approach blends advanced technology with deep product management expertise to create learning experiences that are not just informative but truly transformative.

We believe in Community-Based Courses (CBC) as a force multiplier. By harnessing collective intelligence, lived experiences, and global perspectives, our programs create an environment where people learn from each other as much as they learn from us.

At the core of Rethink Systems are values that guide everything we do: kindness, empathy, and continuous learning. We don’t just aim to produce better professionals, we aim to nurture better human beings.

Rethink Systems is not here to follow the status quo.
We are here to reshape how the world learns, builds, and grows together.
